Auditions

Ages 10-11 will audition in the Level 4 Technique class on Tuesdays from 4:00-4:30pm in Studio B for the entire month of April to be considered for the Releve Performance Company.
Ages 12+ (Level 5 & 6) will be evaluated in ALL of their classes; especially ballet.

Please wear any form fitting dance attire, hair pulled back, and please bring your jazz shoes.

For our performance company, we are looking for dancers currently ages 10+.
Dancers must be well-behaved and attentive in all of their current classes in order to be eligible for the Performance Company.

The Company will travel to 2-3 competitions/conventions within the state. These competitions take place on weekends from January to the beginning of March.
Dance Conventions are where the dancers take classes during the day Saturday and Sunday of the weekend and compete their dance(s) Friday and/or Saturday evening. These are our favorite events and they really lead to growth and inspiration for the dancers.
‘Competition only’ events are a bit different and the dancers just go, compete their routine(s), and that is it. These weekends are usually shorter, and the cost is less since you are not attending/paying for the masterclasses. Ages 10+ company members typically only do 1 'competition only' event a season.

Company dancers are to take all classes offered for their level, as well as summer session classes. Enrolling in more classes may make your monthly tuition higher than before.

Convention/competition costs.
Routine entry fees average $60 per dancer per routine at each event.
Convention fees can be from $180-$300 depending on age and what event we go to.
