STUDENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Student Leadership Program is designed to educate, inspire, and give dancers the opportunity to grow as a leader through dance!
Demonstrator

must be 11+ to apply

Roles include: demonstrating in classes, serve as an inspiration to the students, helping teachers and staff with studio upkeep, attend staff team days (once or twice a year).

Teacher's Assistant

Must be 14+ to apply and worked as a demonstrator for at least 1 year

Roles include: demonstrating in classes, helping teachers and staff with studio upkeep, using own voice within class, leading short portions of a class, attend staff team days (once or twice a year).

Student Teacher
Must be 17+ and worked as a demonstrator/assistant for at least 2 years (paid position)
Co-teach or teach class on own, ultimate inspiration for their students, choreograph recital routines if applicable, upkeep studios, direct parental encounters to admin/directors, attend staff team days (once or twice a year).
