This intensive is for the serious dancer looking to greatly improve their technique over the course of 5 days. Ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and more will be taught. Our staff is made up of dance professionals from all over the country. Space is limited.

MASTER STAFF
Victoria VanderPlas began her training in Howell, MI at Glenn’s School of Dance, where she primarily studied the Cecchetti Method, under direction of Sandy Glenn. Recently graduated from Grand Valley State University, Victoria completed both a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While at GVSU she was given the opportunity to perform alongside The Francesca Harper Project in the 2016 Fall Arts Performance of “Beethoven’s The Creatures of Prometheus Ballet”. In 2017 she attended the Grand Rapids Ballet Contemporary Summer Intensive on scholarship, and in 2018 was recognized for her studies as recipient of the Upper Division Dance Scholarship at GVSU and of the Student Leadership Scholarship through the Association of Mexican Professionals in Michigan. During four years in GVSU’s Dance program she also had the opportunity to work with and perform principal, soloist, and corps roles in works by faculty and guest choreographers including Melissa Hale Coyle, Roger Van Fleteren, Samantha Shelton, and Susan Brooker.
Mira Hills is a current student at Arizona State University(ASU). She is from Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri and studied dance at Releve Dance Academy for 16 years before pursuing her education in the field of dance as a Barrett Honors student. Since then, Mira has held internships and work studies at institutions including American Dance Festival and Orlando Ballet School. She has performed and choreographed for the Arizona State Dancing Devils, ASU’s Undergraduate and Graduate Project Presentations, Fall Forward, Spring Dance Fest, and Bernstein's Mass. Her piece “Compos Mentis” received 1st place in the AzDEO Student Choreography Contest and was chosen to be showcased in Spring Dance Fest 2019. Mira’s dream is to continue dance as an instructor and artistic director of dance performance.
Manual "Lukky" Harvey began as a street dancer and freestyler in the styles of popping, breaking, house and krumping and now his main focus is hiphop influenced choreography. His style is very unique and based mainly off of grooving and expression. He is apart of immaBEAST the company, under the direction of WilldaBeast Adams, also signed with LA based talent agency, Clear Talent Group. He travels and trains often at Millennium Dance Complex, Debbie Reynolds and Movement Life studios in LA. He has trained under industry professionals such as Nappy Tabs, Willdabeast Adams, Brian Friedman, Laura Edwards, Bobby Newberry, Janelle Ginestra, Tony Bellissimo, Jaja Vankova, Cris Judd, Dave Scott, Tricia Miranda and several others.
A few of Manual's credits include iPush "theCOMMUNITY", Three Blind Saints (the movie), Blood Money (stageplay), Ginuwine, Tech N9ne, Jordan Fisher, MacKenzie Nicole, Krizz Kaliko, immaBEAST, TeRance Golden, Sauce Remix, Brisk Iced Tea, Stevie Stone and more.
Lisa Geger have been an instructor at Columbia Performing Arts Centre since its inception in 1990 and loves every moment she can spend with students. Lisa graduated from Stephens College in 1992 with a BFA in Dance. She then attended Harvard Summer Dance Workshop and studied dance in London with the London Contemporary Dance Theatre and in Holland with the Rotterdam Dance Theatre. Lisa performed with Webster Dance Theatre and MADCO. Lisa then moved to New York City where she became and apprentice to the Merce Cunningham Dance Company and represented the Cunningham Studio in the Princess Grace Foundations Awards. Lisa studied the Argentine Tango with Paul Pellicoro and Eleny Fotinos, both of whom taught Al Pacion the tango for his role in "Sent of a Woman".
